This Mattie’s at Green Pastures wedding will remind you of everything that’s wonderful about southern hospitality – good food, beautiful surroundings and quirky details that make you feel like home. That’s the reason Amanda and Scott chose this venue as the backdrop for their September nuptials. 🙂 You may remember these Denver cuties from their Denver engagement this summer – this fall arrived in a hurry as Amanda and Scott ushered 100 of their closest family and friends for a destination wedding with all the charm Texas has to offer.
Amanda and Scott are anything but boring though – they spiced up what might have otherwise been a “traditional” affair with touches like modern typography (designed by their close friend and wedding guest Kaley), sleek attire for their wedding party, Tiny Pies (an Austin staple) and other little things that just felt so them.
Though Texas weather can be unpredictable, the sun shined for days and days, allowing us to have the perfect golden hour ceremony and sunset portraits out on Mattie’s back lawn.
It was the perfect day for a perfect couple!
