I wish so badly I could go back and relive Emily and Matt’s Houston wedding at The Parador! The whole day was fun from start to finish, from the old world glam aesthetic of the venue, to an incredible planner (I’m looking at you, Skylar), to the sweetest bride and groom EVER. No detail was left unconsidered, from the beautiful locations, the attire, the rings, the stunning desserts…all of it was a true reflection of the love and care that Emily and Matt have worked hard to preserve in their relationship, too.

I try to intimately get to know all of my couples and it’s SOOOOO much easier when we have multiple occasions to work together, like on their engagements and bridal photos (be sure to check out these posts for more about E+M’s story!). By the time the wedding day arrived, it was like we were old friends! On top of spending *all the time* together before the wedding, most of the wedding guests were also Texas State alums, so we all shouted the TXST Fight Song together as one big Bobcat fam. That along with getting to break it DOWN with Emily and Matt on the dance floor was just a cherry on top.

By the time it was all over, we were sharing teary good byes and hugs in a fluffy as these lovebird escaped to their town car and off towards their Punta Cana honeymoon!
