I’m so excited to share this fall wedding inspiration! For those of you who are tired of over done season themes for weddings, but also looking to subtle reflect the season you’re getting married in – there’s another option! Try subtler tones of the season to elevate the look and feel of your wedding.
So often fall wedding inspiration is plagued with burgundy and dark greens, but with the clean industrial aesthetic of One Eleven East, this editorial shoot’s vibe allows for a seasonal feel with the comfort of varied textures and a modern motif. The monochromatic palette allows for the focus to be on the couple – the perfect example of how wedding days shouldn’t take away from what’s important, but rather emphasize it. In terms of attire — the groom’s outfit is one of my all-time favorites – a charming velvet bowtie and the striking boutonniere with dried florals, eliminating the problem of bouts looking sad and wilted after 8 hours of being hugged by loved ones. I’m also a huge fan of the tabletop rentals and the midcentury modern vibe they add to the setup. I love the mustard tones in this inspiration shoot, complemented with neutral flowers and other dried floral elements, with hints of rust and delicate touches of dusty rose.
