There’s something so magical about spring weddings in Texas — the season feels like a fresh start, bursting with color, joy, and togetherness. Suzie and Matt’s spring wedding at The Greenhouse at Driftwood embodied all of that and more. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they celebrated their love with a day that was as heartfelt as it was unforgettable.
The morning began with a sense of excitement that only a long-awaited wedding day can bring. Suzie got ready with her bridesmaids, glowing in her Blue Bridal gown and timeless Valentino shoes, while Hannah Zahner Beauty created a look that was polished yet effortless. Matt and his groomsmen shared laughs and a toast before slipping into their Norton & Sons suits.
The ceremony took place in the lush greenhouse space, where By MP Floral created arrangements that felt perfectly in tune with spring — airy, organic, and colorful without overwhelming the natural beauty of the venue. As music from Austin Nines filled the air, Suzie walked down the aisle, her smile radiant. Matt’s reaction said everything: pure joy and gratitude.
From start to finish, Suzie and Matt wanted their wedding day to reflect who they are — warm, welcoming, and full of heart. Guests enjoyed a picnic-style lunch by XOXO Picnics, sipped coffee from Luna Espresso Cart, and later gathered under twinkling lights from Altared Weddings and tenting by Whim Event Rentals.
The couple thought of everything, even down to the sweetest personal touches: their custom Minted invitations, a Simon Lee cake that looked almost too pretty to eat, and a lively Homestead Photobooth where guests left keepsakes for the couple to cherish forever.
As the sun dipped behind the trees, the greenhouse glowed with golden light. Gold Epicure served an incredible dinner while heartfelt toasts filled the space with laughter and tears. Then, with music turning up, Suzie and Matt danced the night away surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.
Every detail was seamlessly planned by 36th Street Events, ensuring the day felt intentional, beautiful, and stress-free for the couple.
Suzie and Matt’s spring wedding at The Greenhouse at Driftwood was the perfect balance of elegance and ease — a celebration that honored their love story and created an experience for their guests they’ll never forget.
And this is just one chapter of their journey. If you’d like to see more of Suzie and Matt’s love story, don’t miss their romantic Wimberley engagement session and their heartfelt Texas Hill Country rehearsal dinner.
