TFWC Mansion Wedding | Luke + Lauren

Luke and Lauren’s wedding at the TFWC Mansion, Austin, felt like stepping into a fairy tale! I’d been looking forward to shooting this wedding ever since Luke and Lauren’s engagement session because they’re so fun and laid back. The couple was inspired by the idea of a royal tea party for their wedding, which totally came to life thanks to the romantic and regal vibes of the TFWC Mansion. It was the first venue Luke and Lauren looked at, and they immediately fell in love with the atmosphere and amenities. I can see why, because it all worked out perfectly!

Lauren mentioned that her favorite thing about the wedding planning process was how easily things came together. Growing up, she didn’t really know what she wanted her wedding to look like. So, when it came time to start looking for venues and dresses, she just listened to her heart. “When it shouted in excitement, that’s when I knew what to choose.”

This is a perfect example of the benefits of following those bridal instincts because this day couldn’t have gone better! They both had so much fun getting ready with their wedding party (you can tell these two have a lot of amazing friends) and everyone looked fabulous. 

The happy couple said their heartfelt vows in front of family and friends in a private courtyard in the middle of TFWC Mansion strung with twinkle lights. Having an indoor/outdoor venue was a must, and the TFWC Mansion, Austin definitely checked that box! Plus, the weather was perfectly warm and sunny—it doesn’t get much better than that. 

Their reception had touches of blush which perfectly complemented the light blue walls of the ballroom, really bringing out the majestic tea party vibes. Beautiful florals by Bouquets of Austin and a dreamy cake by Sweet Treets Bakery really helped to bring it all together. 

The day ended with the ultimate dance party—the couple didn’t stop dancing the whole night! It was such great mix of elegant and playful and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to be part of it.
