Are you ready for these adorable San Antonio Riverwalk engagement photos?! I got to meet up with Kari and Eric while they were in town visiting family and I was happy to make the trip to work from the Pearl Brewery all day. Did I mention it was the PERFECT weather?

This story really begins in Fort Worth, though! Kari and Eric met in medical school (funny enough, they’re friends with two other PVP couples: Lauren + Travis (who went to the same med school) and Cami + Ross) back in 2012. Kari’s mom actually pointed out Eric first – isn’t that adorable?!

Kari and Eric started out as friends since their names were close in the alphabet, meaning they got assigned to many of the same small groups and often studied together. It wasn’t long before they started dating and now they live in OKC in their house with their two dogs, finishing up their residency in pediatric medicine (….I know…they’re perfect).

Eric actually proposed at the same bar where they made the decision to stay in OKC. How cute is that?! Now they’re getting married, and will start their fellowship shortly after that!
