As a San Francisco wedding photographer, I have to say that Palace of Fine Arts weddings in the Marina District are some of my very favorite!! Sara and Michael tied the not in a virtual ceremony in their SF apartment in the Sunset District before we met up for the wedding day couple photos.
Sara and Michael are high school sweethearts and have been together 14 years now. They are originally from LA, but lived in NYC for a few years, then moved back to California to Bay Area. They got engaged in 2018 in NYC, but unfortunately they had to postpone their wedding this November due to COVID-19, but instead decided to elope with just their siblings. They have been ready to get married and have just been waiting for the right time to have a wedding.
Their families joined in over Zoom from LA. They still wanted to document their day, take some lovely photos dressed up, and take advantage of the beautiful weather happening right now!
You have to scroll down and check out Sara’s bridal accessories — including her custom denim jacket and a pearl veil – SWOON!!!!
Thank you for having me be a part of your day, S + M!
If you loved this Palace of Fine Arts Wedding, you’ll love this east Bay Area wedding too!
