With so many Dripping Springs wedding venues, Prospect House truly shines with its minimalist architecture and stunning Texas Hill Country views, and now it’s published on Wedding Chicks – YAY!! Perhaps my favorite thing about this venue is its ability to be full transformed to reflect different couples – especially for this wedding inspiration. If you weren’t familiar with the space, you would hardly recognize it after 36th Street Events and Remi & Gold (along with the rest of the vendor team!) totally transformed the space into a golden wonderland.

Outside of the space itself, I’m SO pumped that this shoot was focused on highlighting incredibly talented wedding vendors of color – from our beauty stylist, to the paper design, to our models, it was so refreshing to actively lift up such inspired members of our Austin wedding community.

The color palette didn’t hurt either 😉 Especially since my favorite color in the world is mustard/marigold. While captured in the fall, this palette transcends seasons making it the perfect wedding inspiration for couples who are planning a wedding next year (check out other wedding inspiration: here, here and here)!

Did I mention how fun it was to capture the majority of this shoot on film, too?! It really allows me to capture that “fine art photography” vibe (without the stiffness, of course!) while being intention in the moment since film requires you have to move slower and be more precise. This has been such a FUN addition to my business.
