If there’s one thing we love, it’s an engagement session full of laughter, sunshine, and a whole lot of fun—and Jordan and Brittny’s Congress Bridge engagement photos gave us all of that and more!

Jordan and Brittny first met on a blind date set up by mutual friends, and three years later, they’re getting ready to tie the knot at The Arlo this September! Jordan popped the question last July with the ultimate surprise—planning for all their friends and family to be in town for their engagement weekend. Talk about thoughtful!

These two now live out in Bastrop with their three pups, and when they’re not home, they love traveling, trying new restaurants, and soaking up live entertainment together. Their laid-back, adventurous spirit made this session around South Congress so much fun. We wandered the iconic strip, grabbed drinks, found little pockets of sunshine, and laughed the whole way through.

The afternoon light was golden, the energy was easy, and it felt like a perfect preview of what their wedding day will be—full of love, excitement, and a whole lot of joy. With Simply XO Events helping bring their vision to life at The Arlo this fall, I know it’s going to be absolutely stunning.
