Kelly and Nolan are nature-lovers at heart, making Bull Creek engagement photos a no-brainer! It wasn’t always that way though, before Kelly met Nolan, she told me she had never even killed a bug, let alone spent time in the great outdoors. So many things have changed in the five years these babes have been dating. It all started when one of Kelly’s sweet friends, Ellie, set the two up on their college spring break trip at the beach (they’re all TCU grads!) – two opposites that definitely found a way to fit together perfectly. Now it’s safe to say this little lady has spent some time on the ranch, especially since Nolan is the ultimate outdoorsman (apparently he can name almost any plant or animal – I didn’t have the heart to tell him the only animals I can identify are dogs ).

The day Kelly and Nolan got engaged, Nolan went to their new house (that just had the frame installed) and set everything up for the perfect proposal. Kelly said, “He made it my idea to go look at the house and the progress that was made to it before we left for a Seattle trip we had planned. We get there and he darts up to the third floor. I didn’t think anything of it until I heard music and he set up the entire room at the top with pictures, candles and everything. I was shocked!” TEARS YALL. Real tears.

Nolan did such a good job choosing the PERFECT ring while he was in NYC, pretending to sneak away for a work meeting!

My favorite part about these two? They are HILARIOUS, on top of being so dang cute. My stomach hurt from laughing so much at our session – Nolan was the GQ pro we never expected. As for Kelly, well, I mean just look at her! A true beauty with a heart of gold.

I knew were meant to be when she told me “I imagine all 10 bridesmaids and I to be listening to Adele and Beyoncé, sipping champagne, and counting down the minutes till the wedding starts!” YASSSS GIRL. Yes. Just YES.
