When Liz and Brian to have Pier 7 and San Francisco Ferry Building engagement photos, I literally starting doing a happy dance!! These are some of my favorite locations when it comes to golden hour — especially Pier 7!

Before you swoon over these glowing portraits, let me share more about Liz and Brian! He’s from Saint Louis and she’s a born-and-bred San Francisco native (hailing from the Sunset District)! They met 6 years ago in a teaching program. He swooped her off of her feet on the dance floor, so we can expect their dance floor will be rocking at their wedding. Between then and now, they lived in Denver for 3 years, and moved back to San Francisco and reside in The Mission – after all, there is no place like home (especially when home isn’t covered in snow – sorry Brian!). They are both teachers, which you might have guess.

He proposed to her at Crissy Field and used Liz’s best friends to set everything up. Brian was nervous because she originally was going to miss it for her students basketball game which would have thrown a wrench in all the plans, since Brian had family and friends fly in just for the occasion. H surprised her at the Presidio Social Club and she had no clue what was going on. Before she knew it, she was reading a sweet love note, tucked into the bottle of wine from their first date. DEAD! So dang sweet.

While Liz and Brian originally had a June 2020 date (and then a move to August 2020), and now a glorious June 2021 date at St. Cecilia Church and Olympic Club! And we can’t WAIT!
