Springtime on the West Coast is absolutely gorgeous and I had the most magical time photographing Jacquie and Ryan’s San Francisco City Hall engagement photos! San Francisco City Hall is such a breathtaking place, and one of my favorites in the city. The landmark is a popular place for weddings in the area, and I think it was the perfect match for such an elegant engagement with this awesome couple. The best time to shoot in City Hall is Monday-Wednesday. This is because Thursday and Friday are the building’s busiest time for weddings! We spent the afternoon adventuring around the massive landmark. While there, we were bumping into a few small, intimate ceremonies tucked away on each floor. It was so romantic. I think enough for anyone to want to get married right then and there!

Jacquie and Ryan are so much fun to be around. So I love that they found a way to balance that energy with Ryan’s sophisticated suit and Jacquie’s modern two-piece gown! Jacquie and Ryan are both self-described low-key type people and love to find the beauty in simple, tasteful photographs, which is why we kept this session so clean, modern, and elegant. They had their first date in September of 2014 and in the same location, four years later, Ryan proposed! He had brought all their friends and family there to celebrate with them, making for an amazing surprise!

Their Wedding

This Disney loving couple is having a brunch wedding on the most popular day of the year: 10-10-20 at Crow Canyon Country Club in East Bay Area, Northern California. The venue is a beautiful classic, country club space that combines unique Bay Area vibes with a quiet, elegant ambiance. Ryan and Jaquie are looking forward to their day. They love the idea of a nice casual brunch with Boba (one of their favorite things) and overflowing with pink! I had the best time with them during their San Francisco City Hall engagement photos and can’t wait to photograph them on their big day!
